Law enforcement officers, attorneys, and other parties with lawful authority may use this form to request information from Nine Rooms. We do not release records automatically — every request is logged, reviewed by our administrator and legal counsel, and fulfilled only after explicit approval.

What to expect

  • You will receive a request number when you submit this form.
  • We may ask for a copy of your subpoena, warrant, or court order.
  • We will contact you at the email provided — there is no self-service download.
  • If your request relates to an existing Nine Rooms incident, include our case number (format NR-YYYY-####) so we can link it to the compliance file.
